The promotion applies to Google Pixel Watch 3 purchased from Officeworks between the 14th of August & the 9th of September 2024. Claims must be submitted by the 20th of September 2024 to be validated.
When & how will I receive my Officeworks digital gift card?
Once your claim is validated, your Officeworks digital gift card will be sent via email by the 4th of October 2024.
How do I find my Transaction Number?
RETAIL: Please enter the Date & Transaction Number (no:) found at the bottom of your Officeworks store receipt, just below the barcode.
ONLINE: When purchased online at officeworks.com.au, the transaction number can be found on your emailed invoice.
If my claim is rejected, how will I know?
Once we begin the validation process after the 9th of September 2024 at the end of the promotion, we will send an email to advise if your claim is invalid or if we require additional proof of validation of your claim.
Who can I contact to ask a question?
If your claim has been submitted, you will not receive any further communication until you receive your digital gift card by the 4th of October 2024.
