What dates apply to this promotion?

The promotion applies to Samsung Galaxy Buds3 & Buds3 Pro from Officeworks between the 11th & 30th of July 2024.

Claims must be submitted by the 12th of August 2024 to be validated for sending by the 30th of August 2024.

When & how will I receive my Officeworks digital gift card?

Once your claim is submitted it will be validated against your purchase transaction number after the last submission date on the 12th of August 2024.

Your Officeworks digital gift card will be sent via SMS to your submitted Australian Mobile Number by the 30th of August 2024.

How do I find my Transaction Number?

RETAIL: Please enter the Date & Transaction Number (no:) found at the bottom of your Officeworks store receipt, just below the barcode.

ONLINE: When purchased online at officeworks.com.au, the transaction number can be found on your emailed invoice.

If my claim is rejected, how will I know?

Once we begin the validation process after the 30th of July 2024 the end of the promotion, we will send an email to advise if your claim is invalid or if we require additional proof of validation of your claim.

Who can I contact to ask a question?

If your claim has been submitted, you will not receive any further communication until you receive your digital gift card by the 30th of August 2024.
