Samsung Galaxy S23 Series – Samsung Galaxy S23, Samsung Galaxy S23+, & Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra purchased from Officeworks between the 7th & 31st of March 2023.

The promotion applies to Samsung Galaxy S23 series phones purchased from Officeworks between the 7th & the 31st of March 2023. Claims must be submitted by the 14th of April to be validated.

Once your claimed is validated, your Officeworks digital gift card will be sent via SMS to your submitted Australian Mobile Number by the 30th of April 2023.

On the retail receipt the Transaction Number (no:) is at the bottom of the receipt above the date & time, near the barcode. If purchased online at officeworks.com.au, the transaction number can be found on your emailed invoice.

Turn on your new Galaxy S23 – go to “settings” then “about phone” & all the details are displayed in order on your mobile screen – simply copy these numbers into the claim form – be aware if these numbers don’t correspond to handsets sold by Officeworks your claim will be invalid.

Once we begin the validation process in mid-April after the end of the promotion, we will send an email to advise if your claim is invalid or if we require additional proof of validation of your claim.

If your claim has been submitted and you have received an email submission verification, you will not receive any further communication until you receive your digital gift card by the 30th of April. If you have any queries, please contact us after this date via email: support@microgifts.com
