MicroGifts provides Australian based Customer Service support from 9am to 5pm business days.

If you are using MicroGifts for the first time we suggest you follow these steps before you contact us to save delays:

FIRSTLY – SET UP YOUR MOBILE WALLET:

Our technology relies on mobile wallet technologies, so you need to have your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet working on your mobile before you can progress further.

Apple Pay:  https://www.microgifts.com/apple-pay/

Google Pay: https://pay.google.com/intl/en_au/about/learn/

SECONDLY – IN EMAIL CLICK ON THE ACTIVATE BUTTON ON YOUR MICROGIFT:

Redeeming your MicroGift from your mobile device. (Recommended)
– Open the Microgifts email and Click Activate
– enter your Australian mobile number.
– you will receive a text message with a link & code.
– Click the link in the text message.
– You will be transferred to the app store to download the Microgifts App

Redeeming your MicroGift from your PC laptop.
– Open the Microgifts email and Click Activate.
– enter your Australian mobile number.
– you will receive a text message with a link & code.
Click the link in the text message.
– You will be transferred the app store to download the Microgifts App.

Download and register your Microgifts App from your mobile

Once you have the MicroGift app installed click accept and your card will be loaded directly into your app and display your balance.
– Click the icon that says “Load to Wallet” to load into Apple Pay or Google Pay
– Spend and pay via Tap & Go anywhere MasterCard is accepted

If you still require support regarding a MicroGifts issued card, please fill out the Contact Us form below with contact details & all relevant information relating to that card. Specifically  in the message section – who sent you the MicroGifts card, message, date, time & value with  details regarding any help required with the card. We will call or email you with a response, during business hours.
